CSR ACTIVITIES
IDCOL has since long been undertaking activities for peripheral development of the areas adjacent to its factories and mines situated across the State. As per statutory requirements under the provisions of the Companies Act,2013, IDCOL has constituted a CSR Committee of the Board and formulated a CSR Policy( click here) according to which IDCOL spends 2% of its average net profits of the three preceding financial years.
