Kalinga Iron Works a unit of Corporation produces quality foundry grade pig iron of 1,40,000 MT & Cast Iron spun pipes of 31,200 MT. Salient features of the unit are as follow :-

MODERNISATION :

Furnace No.1 having capacity of 30,000 MT is being modernised with Chinese technology for increasing capacity to 56,000 MT and reducing coke consumption to 850 kg per MT of Pig Iron produced.
